A 2 to 3 minute video recording, professionally guided, with a copy sent to them or a family member the very same week. Completely free.
A lounge or activity room, a mention in your newsletter or on the noticeboard, and the tea urn. We take care of everything else.
No selling during the session. Residents keep their recording free, whether or not they ever become a customer. Decisions are made in their own time. Full stop.
